Trauma-Informed Therapy for Real People
Welcome to Solace Counseling
At Solace Counseling, we believe healing should feel like stepping out of the storm and finally finding your footing again. This practice was created with one purpose: to offer a grounded, safe, deeply human space where people can breathe, rebuild, and reclaim their lives.
We work with survivors of narcissistic abuse, women navigating postpartum challenges, and anyone trying to untangle the complicated knots of relationships. Here, your story matters. Your clarity matters. You matter.
Solace Counseling was born from the belief that people don’t need to be “fixed.”
They need to be heard, supported, and respected as experts of their own lives. With a trauma-informed, empowerment-focused therapy, we walk beside you, never ahead, never behind, helping you rediscover your strength, your direction, and your voice.
Our hope as an agency is simple and bold:
To help people feel safe again.
To empower them to choose themselves without guilt.
To create healing that feels accessible and deeply compassionate.
To remind every client that resilience isn’t rare, it’s inside them already.
Solace Counseling is not just a practice; it’s a place where storms calm, truths rise, and people find the courage to build the life they deserve.
Welcome, your story has a home here.
Currently, Solace Counseling is only taking sessions in Texas and Florida.
If you are in crisis or feel unable to remain safe, please call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency room. Solace Counseling is not able to provide emergency or crisis intervention
